A refundable Security Bond of £200/$300 is to be paid with the final balance. This is refundable within 1 month of date of departure from the villa, subject to a satisfactory report from the Management Company.
I understand and agree that I am responsible for all loss or damage to the property or it’s inventory during the rental period and that the owner can deduct sums from the security bond to cover eventualities (e.g. Non-return of keys, Loss/Damage to the Property, it’s equipment, or inventory items).
